Join us for a romantic evening at the clubhouse on Valentine’s Day, as we celebrate “Love stories through the ages”

Starters will be served at 6:30pm. Bookings are essential as space is limited! In order for you to secure your booking we will require you to pay a 50% deposit.

VALENTINE’S TABLE ‘d HOTE MENU:
Heart-shaped focaccia bread on the table

STARTER SELECTION:
1. BUTTERNUT AND PRAWN SOUP: Butternut and coconut cream soup with prawns and fresh coriander
2. SEARED BEEF CARPACCIO: Slices of seared beef fillet drizzled with olive oil and served with brunoise of celery, cracked black pepper and parmesan shavings
3. BAKED MELENZANE: Layered tower of Melenzane, Napolitana sauce, mozzarella cheese and fresh basil finished with a balsamic syrup and parmesan cheese

MAIN COURSE SELECTION:
1. KINGKLIP THERMIDOR: Supreme of grilled Kingklip covered with a classic Thermidor sauce and melted Cheddar cheese, served with savoury rice and seasonal vegetables
2. CHICKEN ROULADE: Flattened chicken breasts filled with feta cheese, mango and Italian parsley wrapped in bacon and oven roasted, served with rice and creamed spinach
3. PORK MEDALLIONS: Flame-grilled pork medallions napped with a honey mustard sauce and served with apple crisps, mashed potato and cinnamon butternut
4. LENTIL AND HALOUMI RATATOUILLE: Ratatouille with lentils and crispy Haloumi cheese served in a grilled garlic black mushroom, with basil and a balsamic syrup

DESSERT SELECTION:
1. TOBLERONE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE: Rich Toblerone chocolate mousse served with shortbread and a berry compote
2. PRALINE SEMI-FREDDO: Home-made crushed almond toffee semi-freddo served with a date and coconut bar and a strawberry coulis
3. POACHED PEAR: Pear poached in red wine and served with a home-made blue cheese and cranberry ice cream

COST IS R200.00 PER PERSON AND INCLUDES A WELCOME DRINK
